Our Featured Properties   We have completed 7 Chicago projects to date which all have been successful and handled in the same manner. We hire a general contractor to complete all the work on our list of renovations. Any work completed is to be done to code and in a professional manner. Any work that is not done to our satisfaction or an inspector's gets remedied immediately. We want everything to be in order for the new homeowner.
