We have completed 8
Chicago projects to date which all have been
successful and handled in the same manner.
We hire a general contractor to complete all
the work on our list of renovations. Any
work completed is to be done to code and in
a professional manner. Any work that is not
done to our satisfaction or an inspector's
gets remedied immediately. We want
everything to be in order for the new
homeowner. We personally will transfer the
building over to the association; offering
advice, suggestions and guidance to ensure a
smooth transition for new ownership.
