Refinnej Inc. has been in the real estate business for over 4 years. We started converting property to condominium residences because the Chicago landscape was changing. Historic buildings are being demolished and new construction is being built. We wanted to maintain the character of the buildings built so long ago but offer newer interiors to cater to today's buyer needs.

Refinnej Inc. buys structurally sound buildings and has rigorous inspections prior to us purchasing them to ensure a quality property. We aesthetically renovate the interiors to offer a property with the charm of Chicago's yester year and the refined style of today's designs.
